Built by people who ran their own LNG plant
NuBlu Energy was formed in 2018 by the High Roller Group, a private equity portfolio with deep in-house engineering, fabrication and construction experience across the energy sector. The team's first act was its own plant: the 30,000 GPD Port Allen, Louisiana LNG facility, taken from conceptual design in 2016 to commissioning in January 2018 and still operating today.
That experience set the standard for everything since. In 2023 NuBlu began packaging CNG compressors and pressure reduction systems, and in 2025 released the standardized NuPresto 400, PRS, VPT and mobile fueling lines. The micro-scale LNG work that began with mLNG in 2020 now spans three platforms: mLNG, the NuCryo µSMR developed through our joint venture with Crosstrails Engineering, and NuPresto LNG.
Every package is designed, assembled and factory-acceptance tested at our facility in Center, Texas.
From one LNG plant to a product line

Conceptual design, then preliminary engineering, for the Port Allen LNG facility.
Detailed engineering and construction of Port Allen completed. First LNG in December.
Port Allen commissioned in January. FTA export license in June. NuBlu Energy formed as an EPC company in October.
Port Allen dehydration unit upgraded to UOP SepraSIV.
mLNG modular liquefaction package design developed.
Port Allen sold to Stabilis after years of stable operation.
200 TPD LNG facility FEED. NuBlu starts packaging CNG compressors and PRS. First 5.5 MMSCFD mother station delivered.
2 x 100 TPD LNG facility FEED. 10 TPD micro-LNG unit development begins. First standardized CNG compressor package released.
NuPresto 400, PRS-G8000 and VPT-64 released. Multi-unit compressor stations and a utility trailer fleet delivered.
Mobile CNG Fueling System and hydraulic boosters released. µSMR patent issued. NuPresto 400 installations across Texas, Ohio and Nebraska.

Dustin Bailey
Chief Executive Officer. Dustin sets the strategy and direction of NuBlu and its parent, High Roller Group, where he has grown the portfolio alongside his father, Terry Bailey, after roles with High Roller Wells, CenTex Tanks, Salty's Well Service and Oilfield Water Lines. A Southern Methodist University graduate, he lives in East Texas with his family.
