Custom compressor packages, engineered to the application
When the standard NuPresto 400 is not the fit, we package the compressor the job needs: the right frame, staging, driver and controls on one skid, built and FAT-tested in Center, Texas.
- Reciprocating and hydraulic compressors from 7 kW to 1 MW class, 1 to 4 stages, on Fornovo Gas, Knox Western and other proven frames
- Electric motor drives at 460 V or 4,160 V with soft start or VFD, or natural gas engine drive for sites without power
- Skid, trailer and container-mounted configurations, including Class I Division 1 and 2 enclosures with forced ventilation and gas detection
- Interstage cooling, scrubbers, pulsation control, lube and glycol systems, ASME vessels and B31.3 piping sized to your gas analysis
- PLC and HMI controls with cause-and-effect logic, remote monitoring via Ewon, and the P&IDs, GA drawings and load lists to go with them

We staff engineering design, project engineering and project management, construction and site management, procurement, structural and pipeline welders, millwrights, pipefitters, equipment operators and skilled labor in house.
