NuPresto B60 Booster
A single low-speed hydraulic booster packaged in a 10 ft high-cube Connex with the air cooler mounted outside. The B60 runs at about 14 cycles per minute, which is why its seals and valves last, and it pulls a donor trailer down and fills the receiving side without a fixed minimum suction. Also offered in a 20 ft Connex with the cooler on a side wall.
Overview
The NuPresto B60 is the smallest package in the NuPresto booster line. It draws CNG from a trailer, boosts it to fill pressure and delivers it to a vehicle, a second trailer or site storage. The booster platform has roughly 2,000 units installed worldwide and has been in service since 1996. Low operating speed drives long seal and valve life and a basic maintenance interval of about 4,000 hours for check valves, oil filter and seals.
The standard package is a 10 ft high-cube Connex with the glycol cooler mounted externally and gas connections on either side, so trailers connect from grade without opening doors. A 20 ft Connex with the cooler on a side wall adds room for cascade storage, metering and fueling controls.

Why NuPresto B60 Booster
Low speed, long life
About 14 cycles per minute. Seal life of 8,000 to 10,000 hours is typical for the platform, with basic service at about 4,000 hours.
Hydraulic compression
A hydraulic cylinder pushes the gas instead of a crankshaft. Variable suction tolerance, unlimited start and stop cycles, no bearings or rod packings in the gas path and a smooth, low-pulsation discharge.
Pass-through equalization
Gas moves trailer to vehicle on differential pressure first and the booster finishes the fill. Less run time, less power, faster turns.
Connex packaging
Factory built inside a weather-tight Connex with the air cooler outside, so the package ships as one lift, connects to gas, power and ground, and runs.
Built and tested in Texas
Assembled, wired and FAT-tested at our Center, TX facility before it ships. Issues get caught in the shop, not on your site.
