PRS-C360
A compact, flame-free pressure reduction system for mid-size and smaller loads. A catalytic heater puts the heat back into the gas without an open flame, two-stage regulation takes trailer pressure to site pressure, and the package runs unattended on optional solar and battery power.
Overview
The PRS-C360 is built for sites that need up to 360 MSCF/d of regulated gas from CNG trailers without a fired heater. A catalytic heater produces heat through a flameless reaction on a catalyst pad, which suits compact sites, populated areas and locations without a separate fuel hookup.
Two-stage pressure regulation with heating ahead of the cuts holds the gas above freeze conditions as it drops from trailer pressure to site pressure. The package is the same regulation and heating design carried on NuBlu's VPT virtual pipeline trailers, packaged as a standalone skid.
